(DALIAN, Sept.3) -- The Paralympic Torch Relay in Dalian started at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday from the Xinghai Huabiao Square.
Li Yang, chairman of the Dalian Disabled Persons' Federation, was the first torchbearer.
